I expected better from Inkitt. 

It wasn't a total washout, yet I didn't get a single subscriber. Not one.

People still add "Let's Play, My Love" to their reading list, and they like the short stories that I've uploaded...probably because they're free.

I am SO tired of giving away the best of myself for nothing in return.

Noir Pages is an app for Black authors of Black "romance". It was co-founded by the same two authors that led me to Inkitt. THEY'RE doing well, of course. I just need to catch up to what they're doing, but people don't make that easy.

I'm leaving my rebooted short stories on Inkitt, to keep my (creative) juices flowing. My novels are already being set up on Noir Pages. Hoping for a better outcome.
