Years ago, I created this story based solely on the title. Heard it spoken from a cartoon cop, and it immediately triggered my spanking gene.

So I flipped a few clichés to create my characters: Black lady cop vs. spoiled rich boy vs. not-so-wicked stepmother.

After re-editing it for this century, I now present one of my favorite "strictly discipline" stories for your entertainment.
